Squawkt22

I just got my car back from the dealership to fix a few things and noticed something weird after I got out of my car. I pressed the lock on my fob and the doors locked the light went out and the car didn't beep. I didn't think anything of it and went inside.

I went back out to get something and after I pressed the lock this time, the lights stayed on. The doors sounded like the locked however the driver side door stayed unlocked. It still doesn't beep after I press lock.

I also used the key on the fob to try and lock it using the outside lock. It also didn't lock the doors. Any ideas at all??

I'm just assuming somebody messed up at the dealership and I need to bring it back. TIA
