Well.....the Ultrasport spoiler doesn't fit!!!!

It's confirmed, you need the new upper bumper also for the Ultrasport. The stock A4 bumper is too short and the spoiler won't snap on to it. The frame that's behind the gray lowers is totally different than the Ultrasport. You may be able to cut the frame off but then there would be no support at all for the spoiler. It's hard to explain so if you have any questions please ask. Here's a few pics.....

Having been there myself, it sucks to be "the guy who figured out that XYZ part didn't fit".

Actaully it was a freebie. Vagparts sent it to me n/c all I had to pay was shipping. Martyn wanted to know if it would work so I was the guinie pig. So even though I have to buy the upper now I'm still ahead of the game. Just a case of the right place at the right time I guess. :-)
