WHat is it about sport suspension that when you lower it doesnt lower as much?

Are you referring to the different heights given by the manufacturers? That's because the Sport suspension is lower, accounting for less difference between stock sport and aftermarket.

basically the factory sport suspension is about 20mm lower than a non-sport suspension (that number might be off a little, but its close). however, aftermarket suspension companies measure the drop of their product from the non-sport suspension, so if neuspeed says you get a 35mm drop for example, subtract the 20mm that you already get from the factory sport suspension and you are going to get another 15mm from where you currently sit. you also get other benefits though with stiffer spring rates etc, but thats pretty much how the drop works.
