It's a 10" Boston Comp sub in a prefab box made by Boston for this sub (includes a 10" passive radiator). List is $400, mine's in great shape and I'll let it go for $200. I actually had a JL 10W7 in my car that I sold because it was too boomy (it was in a custom made sealed enclosure). The Boston sub worked much better in my A4. My S4 will not be getting an upgraded sound system, so that's the only reason I'm selling. NJ area buyers are preferred.
The Boston Pro series subs are also very nice! I think Xtant also offers some nice subs as well. a/d/s is always on my list...mainly for components, but their subs do pretty well too.

Go here to search for more info on Boston products

I had a MDF handbuilt box in the sparetire well of my Mazda MX-3. It wasn't very big, but sounded great. It was recessed with a fake floor so I could pull the stock carpet over it. I didn't take too many pictures, and this was before digital cameras. I will see what I can dig up.
It was powered by a Sony ES 3546. It was 4x130, bridged to 2 channel. Not a great amp, but sounded pretty good.
