That would likely run you $1729, so no.
On a more serious note, I still doubt it unless you could find used parts at a good price. Front bumper new is about $1000 give or take with all associated parts (new fog housing and grilles etc.), rear is close to $600 new shipped and blades are around 350. So about $2000 in just parts if new, then probably $800 from a good body shop to paint everything.

New tires: $500
New engine mounts (all) $200
Short shifter: $200
New vac lines: $25
Wheel Spacers: $200
Change all fluids: $100
New car!
