Unless the coolant hose, (which is right in front) has a leak and squirted anti-freeze on it.

Check you oil level to see if you are loosing oil. If you are, clean the oil patch up so that if it leaks again you can tell that is is not from a previous oil change. Check the gasket for you oil cap. The engine can get pretty hot and oil fumes can seep out of a bad gasket. Also check the sound damper shield on the hoot to see it also have an oil patch.
I had similar problem and I noticed that my gasket is a bit worn. So I flip the gasket over to get a new side for a tighter seal. I may need to get a new gasket soon.
