Default What kind of winter tires are ppl putting on? Size? Steel wheels?
Anyone with non-sport getting winter tires?

I have a 1.8tqm with the 16" wheels and trying to decide if I want/need winter tires in chicago..

I have the sport package and am currently looking into getting a set of snow tires and wheels.

Sport package here, I'm putting on 16" wheels and 215/55-16 tires for winter

With usually not much snow on the major roads and only occasional big snows to contend with here in Southeastern Mass, I just slapped on a set of Dunlop M2 235-45/17's with ASA 17X8 alloy wheels...and ignored the "minus-one" rule.

I'm doing the same as Flyin' SV. I found an inexpensive set of used alloy wheels also

Default Dunlop M2s with stock sport rims
235 45/17 same as stock summer tires. I'm in Boston.
