What to look for when buying used B6?

I'm looking at my first Audi; a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T Quattro automatic with tiptronic. The car has 120,xxx miles on it. The timing belt was just replaced (a little late I know). The car is in pretty good condition, everything works. What stuff should I particularly look for in this car that could prevent future problems. The car was a repo so there are no previous service records... I haven’t pulled the carfax yet but it does have a clean title. When I test drove the vehicle it drove well although seemed a little sluggish accelerating. The tiptronic shifting wasn't as quick as I would expect When the turbo kicked in, it made a loud whoosh noise. not terribly loud though. Is this normal? Any advice or help much appreciated! Oh the asking price is $7900 with a 3 month/3000 mile warranty.

Some thoughts to ruminate over:
1) I would never buy a car without maintenance records, but that is just me. Also, repo would scare me away. Biggest issue with an early B6 without proper oil change intervals and use of synthetic oil is sludge.
2) Carfax is not the be all end all in whether the car has been wrecked / flooded / etc. Have you crawled under to look or taken it to a shop to have inspected?
3) I doubt with that mileage it is a factory backed warranty. Just make sure whatever warranty they are offering has a good reputation on customer service.
4) Price sounds a little high, but you are getting a warranty. I paid $4500 for my 02 Sport with a lot more miles.
5) Did they do the tensioner and water pump when they did the TB?
6) Don't know how the tip drives (I have a manual), but there should be no "whoosh" on a stock B6. Having said that, do you know if it has been "modded"?
7) Finally, depending on your state laws, you need to make sure you know whether it still has it's cat or if it has been replaced with a test pipe.
