There's a big mall in San Jose on Stevens Creek near Winchester. I had it made at a kiosk there.
They'll make up whatever you want while you wait.
My eyes lit up when I saw this small vendor in the middle of the mall. I too had been looking for a custom frame since I realized how few people knew what WYSIWYG meant. It took a visit to family in California to finally satisfy my search.
It was kind of fun before I had it made just listening to the guesses of the un-initiated as to what WYSIWYG meant. I kinda miss that. Of course, whenever I visited a computer store, it was a true magnet for conversation.
The kiosk proprietor said they have them in malls in San Jose, Sacremento, and Los Angeles.
