Default What is needed to do Xenon the right way?

I know retro fit kits exist and are decently prices, but if they look anything like ones Ive seen on Honda's and such...they are horrible and blinding to oncoming traffic.

What would be needed to do a conversion from the normal A4 headlights to "like factory" Xenon headlights? Where could all the parts be purchased?

Default ...

hondas don't have projector headlights nor auto levelers. that's why it's blinding lights.

Default So...

The retrofit xenon kits would look just like OEM?

Are the factory Xenon headlight housing different then the projector housings? What all would be needed to go Xenon?

Default get a HID kit and wire it into your projector head light...

it isn't any different than like a B5 with Valeo One-piece projectors.<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a4gen2/msgs/500878.phtml">see B6 FAQ</a></li></ul>

Default Ok I did a search...

I gathered that you cannot have true OEM-like Xenons on a halogen headlight A4. While you can buy OEM Xenon housings, bulbs, and ballasts...the auto level feature will not work because the sensor for it will not be there.

Is this correct?

Default sounds correct....there have been a couple people who have upgraded their

projectors, but I think you'll find that most will stay with stock projectors since they provide much better light than the B5 stock halogen.

I was going to do this with a MrJung HID kit, but I ended up selling it to John Baas (aka xr4tic mr.2.0T) along with my left over B5 Valeo Ecodes.
