What size is the bolt on 2002 1.8T front brake rotor carrier. is it a 19 mm or a 21mm

What size is the bolt on 2002 1.8T front brake rotor carrier. is it a 19 mm or a 21mm

I dont have a 21 and read somewhere that its a 21mm, wanted to make sure before I open everything.

It's not 19, and it's definitely not 17.
