Wouldn't you know it just when I was starting to feel good about how well my tires where wearing. Bam... Nail in the side wall. So now I need to buy a set of tires prematurely. So what is a decent, cheap high proformance tire? I have been looking a Kumho and Ventus, but I don't know much about them?

I am just a strong believer that any all wheel drive vehicle must have tires that are worn evenly at all four corners.
It may never cuase a problem, but I just keep thinking about only wheel spining slower then the rest. Something about that...
