Default What's the deal with the $$ difference b/t purems/blau and ECS?

All kits appear very similar, but PureMS and Blau offer them at around $500, while ECS charges around $645... am I missing something?

Anyone have a preference? I like that Blau has a tool rental kit too, which I would definitely need.

Default Can't coment on price, but.....

I have had to replace every part I have ever purchased from PureMS because it failed prematurely.

Default ECS is usually higher than Blau, at least. But their service and shipping is always good

I've never had a problem with an ECS order over the past 5 years I've been using them. But in this case, the Blau kit is clearly the best deal - especially with the tool rental and instructions. I'll be doing that same kit soon.

Default Feel free to contact us.

I'm showing only a small handful of parts being ordered.
Lowering springs, Coolant sensor, spark plugs, and a valve cover gasket.

I don't show any timing belt kit having been ordered, and I'd be very surprised to see any of these failing prematurely.

If you're seriously having problems with our parts, please contact us, we back them up with full warranties.

Default Looks like the PureMS kit skips the valve cover gaskets

And you'll need those.

Having said that, Mike@PureMS is your man, and they tend to have parts from better manufacturers than ECS does. Email him directly with questions.

Default Blau is one of the best parts houses I've ever dealt with.

ECS is far from greatness. I have no experience or comments about PMS.
