Default Whats involved in a T28 swap? I found a

T28 on ebay brand new for $750. But that is just the turbo. What all will i need for that to work in my B6. Also does anyone know of a T28 Kit? Any help is appreciated. thanks

Default True. The clutch should be replaced then as well. Of course the question comes up as to whether

the tuners offering the software for the T28, are willing to sell to people who source outside of the kit.

Default It is more complicated then that.. not just a simple "swap".

Here is the PES T-28 Turbo Kit.

There is also a Stage II Kit from <a href="http://vwturbo.com/products/items/longitudinal18t.asp">ATP</a>. (They show the B5 version, but it is essentially the same kit).

Default When I come to that point, I will. I still have it at the moment.

I have to go into an "authorized" APR dealer to have it inspected (my word, the word of my tech and the pictures was not satisfactory proof for APR). Once this "authorized" person inspects it and hopefully comes to the same conclusion; that it is defective, then I can decide whether to get a replacement or return it for a full refund. I have just lost a lot of time a money on exhausts for this car and dealing with APR has been the worst experience (GHL had no issues with me immediately returning it based on my word).
