When a clutch is rated for power handling by manufacturer are they talking wheel or crank power ?

Default When a clutch is rated for power handling by manufacturer are they talking wheel or crank power ?
Looking at the Southbend clutches and wondering if the OFE rated at 335 ft.lbs is capable of handling a GTRS eliminator turbo kind of power ?

It's got'ta be crank; whp is too dependent on drivetrain to be a valid measure, I'd think.

It's torque meassured at the crank, because that's where the clutch operates. The clutch operates right at the flywheel before there is any kind of loss.

The crank is the most reliable source for torque.
