Sorry, I should have clearer, Onstar and Audi Telematics are the same thing

I don't really car about onstar, but I'd really like to be able to have the hands free phone feature. Can this be added?

Default Any good phone installer...............
should be able to install any phone with an aftermarket handsfree kit. The only "factory" feature that will not work is the radio mute.
i've used the same installer for 12 years now and he does great work.
