I'm going to give it a shot too, there is another person that did it and didn't cut>
nearly as much as Matt did.
He hasn't posted a full write up yet, but he made it fit with new stock USP grills as well.
He has some pictures of it unpainted, it's on AZ.
I plan to use the stock grills, I want it to look as factory as possible.

My 02 has USP Upper and Lower Front bumper with USP door flares and OEM rear.
