He doesn't if he knows what's good for him.
That's not something I would announce if it's true.
Actually, I'm pretty sure he had it spelled liscense for a while too. I probably wouldn't have remembered if it were spelled right.

unless he's unsafe, but that's for the cops, not me to patrol.
However, if he's going to announce that he doesn't have a license or drives 114mph down a local street and gets flamed. I have no sympathy.
I had my learners permit at 15YO so it wasn't a problem for me to take the car out
(did have to be with someone with over 5 years of driving though). I only had between 15-20 hours of driving when I got my license, which was like 2 months after I turned 16.

I completely understand.
I didn't flame him because that's not the way I go, but I understood the mentality of it. I just told him a story about how excessive speed almost ended my life early in the hopes that he could learn from my mistakes instead of making his own.
