Who has Schroth harnesses installed? Where did you attach the left driver side?

So far, i've found 2 modifications to it. This is the most sensible I think. The other one deals with putting a male end strap into the housing on the drivers left side.

harness

I wasn't convinced, but then I tried it and it seems to hold nice and tight. Once you try it, you'll see why it does work.

I have harnesses from my B5 and would like to use them on my B6. I haven't started researching this yet. Any other links or info would be great please.

I don't even know where to begin with your set up. A 4-point harness is unsafe. It may hold you to the back of the seat but if you roll you're screwed. you'll submerge because nothing's holding you from going down. Get a 5-point (and if you value your family jewels, a 6-point) harness.
Next, your mounting points. There is way too much distance between the anchor on the shoulder belts and the seat. During an accident the webbing on the harness will stretch and it will not hold you in place. The least you can do is get a harness bar for the shoulder belts. I'm sure there are vendors who sell them for B6 A4's.
The other two belts, well those are wrong too. You'll never pass tech inspection with a harness mounted to your seat. Use the seatbelt anchor at the bottom of the B-pillar for the left side and drill the body by the transmission tunnel for the right side, that's the only way to do it.
May I ask what your plans are with that car? Are you taking it to the track, or is it just for looks? Because if it's the former, you will be laughed at and told to go home. And if it's the latter, you'll be laughed at again, because you're making a nice car look like a Civic from the Bronx.
