im sure everyone knows by my posts that i want to throw in a larger turbo but can not decide on one. i think this kit looks like the most reliable and best performing. larger turbos such as the pes kit and the atp are nice however not my cup of tea. does anyone know what type of injectors this kit runs and if i can buy the turbo and hardware seperate. i doubt that apr can tune this kit or would be will 2 however an apr dealer on the island claims they can properly tune this kit with apr software. what do you think?

and if I remember correctly they chose it for reliability and quality of product. Just to throw it out there, dunno if you already looked into it. But they seem pretty happy.

thanks for the respone. i have looked into mtm but to be honest the kits the have are a little expensive. for the dahlback kit they are only looking for around 4g. i do not know this for fact but i think a similar setup from mtm would cost a bit more. also i am looking to go dahlack because kmd who does a great deal of close business with them is withing driving distance from my house. how do you like you csl?

Your either going to spend the money and buy a "kit" with everything set up for you, or you will run the system I addressed with you and save a lot of money and have plenty of power, (around 280HP).
I have 48,000 miles on my car now, (about 20K with new turbo set up) car has never run better and fuel economy is up, (as long as I keep my foot out of it).
Your looking for turbos, FMIC, injectors etc. I gave you a set up that has all this.

talk to amirsfdari, hes got the dahlback stage 2 and hes very impressed with it.
i beleive they are bosch fuel injectors and the turbo is a specially modified k04 turbo by 3k. the good think about dahlback is that you can buy their software and have them tune it to what mods you have unlike mtm who only sells their stuff as a kit. contact tjm motorsports, they are a dahlback distributor

Tim and Ray advertise it as making 282hp or 286hp or something, but they mentioned they have seen better power than that out of it and only wanted to advertise worst case. I would tend to agree since MTM has the standard K04 making 280hp crank. cheers! mike

I'm not sure even this bigger K04 will make the same power as the 28R, running similiar mods. What do you think Mike?
Also what do you think of Steve's (TTschwing's) Boost Machine which supplements the stock N75? Have you seen it? Looks interesting. : )

It never is pushed that hard though. If you saw 23psi on a 28r with perfect tuning and hardware that thing could make very decent power. The gt28r making 300hp is being run not nearly as hard as the 4.82 making close to that power. I havent seen that car by the way. You got a linky Drew? Thanks bud. cheers! Mike
