No one knows that for sure. I assume they are a Caractere prototype or show wheel

This wheel is only available in Europe, It is made in Tiawan

Default Nope. Close but not the same.(more)
As you can see, the wheel in the pic has a concave center and this Lenso wheel has a round cut-out center.
