Default Who saw that marketing guy on the Today show......
Matt's in Shanghai, and they're talking about how they like to drive big, fancy cars there;
No sportscars. They like, "BMW, Mercedes, and Awdi". (pronouncing just like that)
I picked up my chair and busted up my TV. You have got to be kidding me. National TV? If I was VAG, I'd be on the horn. He did'nt mispronounce BMW!

Default mispronounce BMW? He probably did...
as far as the germans are concerned shouldn't it be prounounced BMV?

Default Yes it's true, I believe some areas in asia pronounce it as awdi. I have heard thrown around a few
times. This one person replied "yes, awdis are hot cars"
