Who upgraded their turbo, then upgraded their cat - in that order.

I have done many changes to my car. Stk exhaust manifold to high flow, then removed cat and used test pipe. Wrapped turbo, exhaust manifold and test pipe to keep hot gasses in and flowing fast.
I now am running Garret GT28rs. Yes, test pipe helps a lot. Preassure difference on front of turbo vs back of turbo with that huge restrictive cat causes problems. My underhood temps are a lot less and car runs great. However, everytime I made a change the exhaust note would change. Removing the cat made my custom exhuast too loud. Adding the GT28rs made it louder then my previous custom turbo. Changing the resignator, (three differnt ones) and going down in diameter took care of the problem.
