Why do most of you guys obscure the license plate in your photos?

Vital personal info. can be garnered from a license plate #, like home address etc. It's just a precautionary measure...

People could come and see all the mods you have, the houses you take pictures next to and then target, lets put it this way, for the little effort, it somewhat reduces the chances of something unsavoury happening.

Default There was a story on a Subie board where one poster used the plates of another to track him down
and steal his car.

Also, someone on OT had his car keyed by another poster.

Default I dont... I mean enough people see it daily on the road (more)
... mind you I **** people off on the road as opposed to here. So its worse that people on the street see my plates.

Also at the VW/Audi GTG of South Florida any locals on here saw my plate.

I don't really think its a big deal at all.
