Why do people put S4 badges on A4's?

supposedly there was a b6 rs4 it just as we know never was released...

that said... that was my exact question to him ... what does tribute badge mean? ... i said you get to tribute the rs4 when you pony up 70k

a type R badge on the trunk

I don't think you can order a debadged car at the dealer here in NA.

Either way, it doesn't take all that long to debadge :-)
