Deep down, I think many on the board feel inferior to bmw...the passion is just insecurity
thats why there are always a bunch of gay-orgie/circle jerk esque posts like "oh I love my car so much" and "oh the interior is so great" blah blah blah, we are so much better and unique then bmw. That....and, maybe not so much passion about the cars, but themselves. You see a lot of people constantly posting pics, etc.. etc..., and its really just fishing for comments to stroke the ego. I only really think there are a handful of people on this board that are really passionate about their cars and constantly doing new and unique things, not just following what everyone else does.

cuz my penus is 1.8 inches long.
my favorite toys as a kid were pocket cars, matchbox cars, and hot wheels.
my brother and dad share the same passion.

Or in my case.....
BMW's are great, but they are the 'herd'. I don't ever want to be one of the masses. I can afford a BMW, but the more subtle nature of the Audi, and the fact that every yuppie doesn't have one steered me in that direction (Plus the interior is better designed). Same reason I'd rather have a Mac than a Winbloze computer (though I have a winbox for gaming)

no one else understands... to many, an audi, bmw, honda whatever it maybe will always just be a car
or rather a mode of transportation
haha my roomate always busts my ***** in that jeep commercial how they rag on 3 series and tt how they appear to make the jeap look as tho it can out perform them on the track.
