Default Will 1.8T oem sport springs fot in a 3.0?

I have searched and also used common sense about this and have found nothing. I would assume the sport suspension is differnt for the 1.8 then the 3.0 because of weight. I want oem sport suspension for my moms 3.0 Quattro. Lots of 1.8T suspensions out there but none for 3.0. Any help would be appreciated. I know they are the same design just different spring rates. Anybody install 1.8 oem sport on 3.0 to get a bit lower then a 3.0 oem sport? Does it really ride crappy? Its just a Daily driver and no aggressive driving or hard cornering. Moms car..

Default it wont fit...

you're right that the spring rates are different because of the weight distribution of the car...I dont know about the ride. never tried but i think the 1.8T suspension with the 3.0 car would probably feel really stiff cuz the car would just compress the springs and sit on them...but the other way around it could get too springy. Maybe look around for some aftermarket stuff? Even though there will be no aggressive driving lol

Not sure if this is still true, but the oem sport for the b5 was a lot stiffer on the a4 then the s4

Default eibachs drop by ~0.5" more than stock sport springs. it looks much better IMO. going rate is about..

$220-250/set.
