Will this car always be in the shop -- Carfax needed

I am thinking about buying a 2003 A4 Cabrio with 90k miles on it. It's an auto with the 3.0 V6. It appears to be in decent condition, and I was told they just changed the timing belt and water pump, other then that I don't have much info on the car.
I am a Honda guy, and really like having my cars run without issues, and am a little nervous about buying this car. Is there something specific I should look for? Any common issues? Is it a car that will always be in the shop?
Also, is there anyone who has an active Carfax account that could pull a carfac for me? The VIN is: WAUAT48H13K021281
thanks!

I have had 6 audis and all good luck with them. They require some attention. but they are rewarding to drive. I have a 2002 3.0l and its been great its got 147k on it and you would never know it. The only thing i would check is if its got that cvt auto? Those things scare me. I will check and see if i can run a report for you with my work acc.
