Well I'm finally going to be picking up my car today! The dealer ordered me the wrong car but we managed to find something that I like for a good price. The only thing is it doesn't have sport package. I am planning on buying some 18"s sportec Mono's for the spring but will I have to lower the car for it to look right?

It's silver and ebony. I like the color, it was my first choice before I changed my mind to denim/platinum. I guess I will have to change my screen name to something else because I thought denim looked like superman blue. The xenons were awesome yesterday at night in the car, and teh ebony definitely ads a sporty look to the interior. I'm pretty excited right now because I will be picking it up in two hours, it's been a b*tch getting it but it's pretty sweet now! I'll post pics later!

The OEM sport package ride height is probably the maximum you'd want to be with anything bigger than 17"s.

which makes it subjective. Some will say that the car will look goofy with big wheels and a large gap. However, it might not bother you and that's really all that matters.

modify the non-sport suspension, you will be doing half the job right performance wise as well as astheticlly.
Performance:
with larger wheels you give yourself more grip on the road and handling dexterity...without lowering your suspension you don't give your car a lower center of gravity and you won't be able to fully realize the performance gains from the 18 in. wheels.
Asthetically:
18 in. wheels and non-sport suspension makes your car look awkard, kinda like a monster truck. But that's not as important.
If you do modify your suspension make sure you do it right the first time no matter the cost.
