I used to blow a lot of 20's and 25's. The Service people got on the horn with AoA, and they got the word that you should now use a 30A fuse. After I put one in, I didn't get any more blown fuses. So far, this is the first winter season where the fuse has not blown and the components wired to this fuse continue to work.
I did have to get the washer pump motor replaced a while back, but that may have been caused from the continual popping of fuses.

It was pretty confusing acutally. In the 2002 there is a 5A fuse for heated washers and a 30A for the wiper system(or something like that). I switched around some fuses and all worked in different spots. Maybe the motor is blown..going to be my second one if that's the case.
I can't see a damn thing through the windshield. I go ghetto and stop the car, spray it with windex and run the wipers..man that sucks in the cold.
