So i call asking if they had any touch up paint for their rims. The guy on the phone didn't know of any and went to ask to see if anyone knew. I ended up telling him that i know WURTH makes a paint that matches audi wheels and he ends up conferming that they do but wasn't sure where i could buy it. He again goes to ask and when he comes back he tells me he has a few places that might but firts asks me where i was so i wouldn't have to go too far. Then i hear someone in the background yelling at him and he tells me to hold on. The some guy who bairly speeks english picks up and starts saying something about all paints not matching. When i tried to tell him i was aksing about a specific paint he just keeps saying the same thing just sounding more angry. Finaly i just got fed up and hung up. Moral of the story...

audi employes are repromanded for being helpful

If I were you I would call back and get that A-Holes name who got on the phone. Then ask for the general manager and complain. Audi North Scottsdale has always been very accomodating and the GM even let me drive his car around once when they needed more time to fix my old 99 A4. That is what I would do; light a fire under that a-hole.
