and i don't think the door cable failure is by the handle end. fun fun
are there any wiper trans write ups?

You might have stripped the splines...were you trying to clean your windshield w/wipers?
Or you may just have ton of snow/ice accumulated on the bottom so they don't come back all the way down??

they sit in the middle of the windshield right now, if splines stripped they would sit different
also they still sweep the whole cycle, but its like up down middle instead of up down.

Any luck? I have the same problem
The mechanic I goto thinks its the wiper motor. I have my doubts since it still goes all the way up and back down. But same problem with mine, it seems to be shifting where it stops.

been cold here so i've been putting it off, i figure it's a slip inside the wiper tranny
and wouldn't know the exact failure until i take it apart.
it could require a tweak or entire unit replaced, who knows.
