a 2.0t FSI engine may come here. Smidge over 200hp. Will be more $$$ as the FSI is more pricey to produce.

I agree that all the A8 pricey stuff is not needed. But what I see in the A8 interior pics could be produced at same cost (well maybe a little more) than the current A4 interior. The exterior styling looks great and we wouldn't have any Butt kickers around here complaining....

Just my opinion......now Audi put a decent engine in the car with a better manual trans(I never understand the manual trans 1st gear ratio) and clutch, add the right suspension (you did steal BMW's chief suspenion designer....can't understand what he did on the '02 A4). Now's the time to make the move!

Now I just may not buy the Lexus GS300 that I was closely looking at if this is the shape of the A4 to come!!!

I've heard that the next A6 will be a good indicator of things to come. In particular, the engine will be moved rearward to improve weight distribution. Torsen 3 will used. Much more aluminum used.
