WTF, Audi Regional Rep. lied to me!!!!

My car's been in service more than a month just for a single problem and it is still in service now.
Audi could not fix my car and they offered me either new engine or new car. When I met the Audi Rep, I told her that I want the new car and I do not even want the refund. She told me that Audi will give me a new car.
I went to the my dealer today to test drive A4 with sport pkg. because I do not have sport pkg now. But my dealer did not let me drive the car today and told me there will not be a new car.
What do I have to do? Opinions please guys...

they don't help you get a new car then open your warranty book and call the BBB... They will arbitrate for you and get results... 30 days at the dealer for any problem is the magic number... And get reimbursed for the month you were without your car!

what is wrong with your car? Also how did you get the rep involved? My dealership is saying there is no rep for my area because someone retired or something. Between the dealer and the customer relations people i am getting no where with my problems. Everyone is passing the blame and no one is doing anything to correct the problem. Thanks...

hey april how would i go about getting in contact with a rep from my area (Northern NJ). Between my dealership and the customer relations people i am getting no where with some problems i am having. The dealer keeps putting the blame on AoA and AoA customer relations puts the blame on the dealer. And the dealer says there is no field rep. for this area. thanks
