In other words. They can offer you a replacement or a refund. If they offer a replacement you can demand a refund. If they offer a refund you cannot demand a replacement.

but a quick call to a few lawyers should do it.
I used to bag on lawyers until I dealth with AoA and then it all became clear WHY there are lawyers.
Because god knows some companies feel that they can violate consumer rights laws just because they think you won't fight them. Also, look up the lemon law section in your owners manual which is required to be there.
In the S4 manual there was no such information which means any agreement you have for arbitration is null and void because they failed to inform you of your rights under lemon law.

Each is different. Mostly saftey related stuff the highest priority.
The point is, AoA would rather avoid calling a car a lemon, and would rather call it a good-will buy-back. That means you do not take the steps to lemon it, unless there is no other recourse.

Write ( on paper ) a letter to AoA customer relations and CC copies to Len Hunt and your dealer General Manager. Explain what has happened, and what has not. Document dates, when someone spoke to you, and what was said. Gives you good ammo should they force you to take legal action.
