Xenon with sports suspension

I've noticed that when I go over sharp bumps or road irregularities that the Xenon lights shake or vibrate. It looks kind of like when you see a real old car going down the road with their headlights bouncing. Anyone else notice this? Could be a result of the self-leveling system?

I don't notice it changing with driving; however, the owner's manual says that in addition to adjusting for rear loads, it adjusts to acceleration and braking.

This is by no means an expert opinion, but I think you see the bouncing because of how bright and expansive the xenon's are. Regular headlights just point straight down six to ten feet in front of the car so you just don't notice the differecnce when you go over bumps.

It's bouncy for a couple of reasons.. Cause the sport suspension is so firm.. the car bounces more due to bumps rather than soft suspension. The headlights aim by themselves due to the height of the front and rear suspension. There is a sensor on the front and rear. When the car bounces.. the sensor detects this and adjusts the headlight aim.. So you have the car bouncing and the lights trying to counteract this and seem as if they are bouncing also.. Which creates an even more bouncy effect to our eyes..
