Default Yeah that does fix it, but very frequently I do listen to radio at a low volume and...

that's when it gets annoying.

Default i had it "fixed" at the dealers 3 times, it's fine now

just keep going back, and maybe after they start finding you annoying...they'll actually fix it. i think it's a wiring thing.

Mine went in a bunch of times for that. They replaced the radio twice (I was sure it was speaker or wiring harness), but the second time did seem to fix it..

Default Could be the tweeter making contact with the metal door and shorting out. get the dealer to stick a

piece of felt right behind the speaker. that's what they did for me. the speaker has been fine ever since...knock on wood...

Default Good luck...I have been in 12 times in 2 1/2 years (5 times in '05) and it is still doing it....

speakers have been replaced, grease has been cleaned out numerous times (how much did they put in??), only thing they have not done is replace the wiring and the next time it comes up I am pressing for this......it seems to be okay right now, the last service was mid-April...but we will see
