Zero to 60 in 5.3 seconds according to latest Car & Driver....OUCH! This is a soccer Mom vehicle! Audi should look at this big time! Why are both the 3.0 and 1.8T engines soooo anemic?

Default LOL, The Baja is horrible

The Forrester attracts the worst buyers. They're too scared to drive without AWD, but they're also afraid of owning an SUV. I'm always behind one doing under the speed limit, or get caught behind someone who pulls in front of me slowly.

Default Audi's non "S" badged cars have always been on the slow side.

If your Audi does not have an "S" badge on it. Don't expect to win many stop light duels.

Default 210 hp as per scoobie.com

i had a forester before A4. I'm impressed they put some ***** in that impreza platform. its about time. Im no soccer mom. My forester was sweet looking. If that plant was available when I sold my 2000, who knows? But loaded, that 2.5 x ride tops 30k!!!!
avant handling and refinement wins hands down. Scooby does have lots of cool hidiing places inside!

I agree with you, Audi has no game in the engine department. They need to step it up.

Default Umm, stock 1.8t has more power.170hp/1.8=94.4hp/ltr vs 210hp/2.5=84hp/ltr Engine tech's no problem.

If you wanna drive around in some in tin can with crappy viscous-coupling AWD, Subaru is the car for you. Just don't gripe that Audi's engine tech is not there, it's just a matter of marketing, reliability and warranty concerns. Look to the 1.8t 225 for some real inspiration.
