"I3" Flash update...anyone have it?

Recall does not always = broke. So what was changed in I3, does anyone know?
Recall (or Running Change) might equal a change 60% of people prefer, while the other 40% do not. They can be based on a lot of different things.
I've seen timing pulled to lower EGT, I've seen fuel added to address a pinging problem in states with oxygenated fuel (something I don't have to worry about here).
This is all too common and often results in a less fun car.
Did anyone notice a power loss with the I3 update?
Any noticeable changes (favorable or unfavorable) in drivability with the I3 update vs the old stock program?
