Default no kidding! Good idea :)

I really don't have very many nice things to say about Garff's staff. Rob was cool, and everyone I met when I went out there was real nice, but man -- what a nightmare the whole process was

If you knew what I went through getting my first Audi, you'd know that this is nothing

Default doesn't sound THAT bad, considering it was a brand new car waiting to be built.

But yeah, that's frustrating nevertheless!
This car was already on their lot... they just couldn't get their act together with the paperwork, shipping, etc.

Default Wasn't THAT bad?

Yeah, so far with my current order, it isn't THAT bad. I hope that's what you meant.

Bill Cook really screwed up with me. As I later learned, the black S4 that I ordered from them was in fact built on time. The salesperson didn't tell me this, but I learned from a source that I had been bumped and it likely went to the teenage son of a local appliance store owner. The kid wrecked it in 2 weeks - before I even got around to talking to another dealership and getting a Pearl White S4.

Then to top things off, when I showed up to get my deposit back from Bill Cook, the salesperson said that it wasn't too late to change my mind. When I asked him if my car was in yet, he said no and I told him no as well. As if I wanted to wait a few more months for my car. Basically, the worst dealership I have dealt with. Well, MAG might be worse, but I didn't give them a chance after 45 minutes of waiting for the salesperson to return to the floor and show me the car.
