Default Uh, I beg to differ

The quality of newer BMWs, like newer Mercedes', is so horrific that by comaprson, Audi's quality and reliability is like that of a Toyota/Lexus by comparison. That is saying a lot. While Audi's quality and reliability has improved significantly over the past few years, it is still pretty bad overall-and well below Toyota and Lexus. FWIW, Consumer Reports recommends the A4 due to average or better than average reliability and has done so since late 2004. So your statement does not wash, bsjd00.

Default Not necessarily

I have heard many of the worst horror stories about BMW and Mercedes having all of the problems of an Audi or Jaguar plus a lot that Audi and Jag do not have and a much higher severity overall for each and every problem. Once again, your statement does not wash, bsjd00.

Default Re: Fixed the kinks? If you live in the cold weather (CT) your A4 will not start.

Seems to be 2.0 only from what I read, no cold start problems here with 3.2, and -38Deg C

Ever think maybe it's your fuel?

Just an idea

Default BMW computer does the driving

Get the Audi, BMW's "big brother" can not be turned off.

Of course if you want a computer driving your car.... GO FOR IT.

Just remember, your a PC user, not a driver

go Audi
I test drove both and it seemed to me that the BMW interior was kinda cramped.
Besides the interior sucks on the Bimmer
and the Audi interior and exterior are beautiful
