i was lookin at some various dyno plots of both and found the torque curve for APR was stronger in the low end, where as GIAC/AWE program was more of a topend. for me i would MUCH rather have a little more oomph around town. this has to be taken with a grain of salt due to the extreme variables btwn dynos/cars etc. but that's just what i saw. if you give me more time i've been planning on doing some comparative data-logging from when my car was stock.
also, the chip-switching for APR is really convenient. just uses the cruise control stalk and has a lockout w/ code to prevent people from screwing with it. i think AWE you have to plug something into the OBD2 port, it's not as integrated. happy with APR so far, but wouldn't hesitate to get either.
