A friend of mine (really -- it wasn't me :-)) phoned to say she accidentally added windshield washer fluid (about 8 oz.) to the coolant expansion tank and then drove about 25 miles. On my advice, she took it to her garage for a coolant flush and refill. Any permanent damage done? Many thanks.

Unlikely that damaged anything, and the flush and fill with new coolant is good maintenance anyway. Hope new coolant was Audi spec coolant G12 or G12+.
