I know that the B6 UltraSport 3.0's came with aluminum trim on the inside, but now that wood trim is a standalone option on both 2.0T and 3.2 models, I thought perhaps this was possible. I may be in the minority, but I don't see a problem with having an S-Line exterior with wood trim on the inside.

Finally, does the wood trim package on the B7 include a wooden manual shift **** too (like shown in the B7 debut photos)?

Even in the Euro market, the S-Line comes exclusively with Aluminum.

There is no wood shift **** available, however, I am pretty sure that you can buy one through the accessories catalog as Audi does offer it to buy "aftermarket" if you would like.
