Anyone has a problem with windows freezing up in the winter?

Some days, pretty much every time it snows, my windows freeze up and won't close/open. Is this common? I have to wait for the car to fully warm up and stay that way for a few hours before things begin to work as they should.

Nothing new with automatic windows and freezing temps.

Happens on every car I've ever owned with automatic windows. The motors just aren't that powerful.
