No, really, front bumper, wheels, coilovers, sway, exhaust and chip were really all that were done, and they were easily swapped back to original.
oh, and vinyl, but that comes right off.

Yes - Paid $200 more than the residual with 2 monthly payments remaining.
My payment was $540 so I figure i got the car for about $900 under the residual.
Also paid $2k to have the car CPO'd.
Overall I felt like i got a good deal.
I did mine through a different dealer vs. originally leased as well. Original lease was through Prestige and bought through Stammler in Boulder.

"simple bolt ons" that mere mortals may pay more in labor for swapping than used parts are worth..
BTDT, bought out less than fiscally intelligent lease, now have many PureMS parts on car trying to maintain it........ : )
