Hey guys, my 2005 b7 power seats have been stuck fully reclined for a couple months now and im finally getting round to fixing them... not sure what the issue could be, the seat doesn't come back up and is now fully reclined

Start with the fuses for the power seats, then move onto seat motors.
Does the heated seat part still work?

checked fuses, no blown one's there... seat doesn't have heated part, the recline only goes backwards and not forwards motor makes no sound when moved forward
