Are you kidding? I love these comparisons. B6S4vs B7 2.0T, B6S4vs B7 3.2. not in the same league...
All B6/B7 cars are amazing automobiles, but the B6/B7 S4 is just a different animal. No comparison to either A4. Only downside is gas mileage, but if you can afford a 40k 3.2 or S4 then gas mileage is a waste of time to think about. Get a 2.0T and keep it stock if you want an Audi with good gas mileage.
You have to pay to play. Its been said many times, and it still holds true. You only see these comparisons on the A4 side, these types would get killed on the S4 board.

B6 S4 without a second thought...
funny though that I bought my B6 3.0 over a B5 S4. I only slightly second guessed that opinion, but in this case the B6 S4 is where it's at.
