Otherwise, Audi's quality control is fine. So says my buddies at Consumer Reports, JD Power and Associates and True Delta (making it 100% true).
If your Audi model and model year that is neither 1985 to 1990 nor 1998 to 2004 is problematic, than either your dealer is incompetent, you got a lemon or both of the above.
So PULEEZ stop telling people that Audi's quality control being poor for all models and model years when it is only poor for models and model years from 1985 to 1990 and 1998 to 2004, Delmed83?! GEESH!!!!!

back to the main problem...are there any noises from the engine especially from the back of the cylinder head area. the 2.0t is known for chewing the fuel pump lobe off of the intake cam and will cause drivability problems due to low fuel pressure for the fsi system.

Your claims about Audi's poor quality control only apply to models and model years from 1985 to 1990 and 1998 to 2004.

Audi's QC is HORRIBLE on the 2.0T (well not just Audi, VAG as a whole). Explain coilpacks, blown dv's, blown pcv's, coolant flanges, belt tensioner's, horrible carbon build-up, and of course the worst of the worst being the Cam Follower being worn through and destroying the follower, intake cam, and HPFP. So if the owner is out of warranty that is 2grand +.
And do not try to blame owners incompetence or mods for the Cam follower issue. Because the only way to prevent it, is make it a maintenance item. Where one would inspect/replace every 15-25k. To most of us on here and can turn a wrench that is no big deal. But to the majority of Audi owners, it is unheard of.

Um do you work at a dealer or directly for Audi? It has to be one or the other.

Sorry, but CR, JD P&A, TD and all other surveys always have been and always will be far more trustworthy than any vehicle forum ever has been and ever will be.
