black exhaust tips???

Just mask it off well.
It's what I use to paint the Flowmasters that I put on my V8 Touareg. I have to touch it up every once in a while, but the finish looks close to the finish on the black exhaust tips on my friend's RS6. This is an older picture, before I painted all the way to the tips.
Sorry I don't have a more recent one. At least this gives you an idea...
